Not a good company. I bought 9 bottles. Each of them $7. Now primo is offering only $1 per bottle also I bought an primo water cold and hot dispenser ($100). Started leaking the water on the floor. Avoid this company.

We have been using Primo water for last three years. Yesterday I put a refilled Primo water five gallon bottle into the Primo water dispenser in our home. The water tasted terrible and we called Rome NY Walmart to report this nasty tasting water to store manager. The manager stated it's a Primo problem. I had refilled primo water bottle at Walmart Primo refill station.

I called the customer care number 1-866-429-7566 asking for help with my situation with my bottles. I turned in my bottles to the Harris teeter store as you can see on my receipt almost a year ago. They were out of water that day. I then became sick and could not get out of my home. Since then I have not been able to drive and need someone to take me to pick up my groceries. I just started using Primo water and then discovered, after i had purchased 6 bottles of water, that i wasn't just making a deposit on the bottles. You cannot return thevempties and fet yourmoney back. Bottled water has always been on an exchange basis as far as i know until these folks came along. 6 months after the purchase the hot water stopped working..another fine product of China sold by thier best department store..Walmart

We went to two stores who carry Primo water and both bins were completely full of recycled empty 5 gallon containers. Finally found a store that had an empty recycle bin, but when we went to get credit for the two bottles we put in, the machine issued no tickets so we didn't get credit. What's happening with Primo? I'm not asking anything from the company and I'm a little bit less than impressed by their not having an e-mail address...what I have found is that their water bottles have failed more than once and leaked over my kitchen, damaging an expensive carpet and shorting out my GE dispenser...the bottles I get are from Lowes in Howell, NJ.....what I would have asked the company is if it did something like a pressure test to ensure the bottles were in... Water lines froze up in the house during a cold spell. Purchased about a dozen 5-gal bottles of Primo water from Walmart. Went back a few days later to exchange for new ones and they were out of stock. So I asked for my deposit back($6.50 per bottle). we purchased the water coller at walmart on aug.25 on sept.1 I took it back for a refill with a 5.00 coupon but it was out dated for june 6th.we drink a lot of water ,we like the cold water but what a surprise coupon no good at check out .I would like a couple of coupons if its not to much trouble thank you arnoldmccomis@yahoo.com the model #002409 top load we have only had the cooler one week and are happy with it ,all my kid and grand kids... Purchased 5 gallon water jugs at Walmart. When finished, Walmart could not issue me a bottle refund because it was Primo policy. I could only get a ticket toward the purchase of another bottle. I did not want or need any more of their water. I wanted to get back the premium I had paid (read Deposit) when I originally purchased the bottles. No person has use for many empty 5 gallon bottles.
