Primo Water - Bottled Water Review from Austin, Texas
I just started using Primo water and then discovered, after i had purchased 6 bottles of water, that i wasn't just making a deposit on the bottles. You cannot return thevempties and fet yourmoney back.
Bottled water has always been on an exchange basis as far as i know until these folks came along.
I stood by the bottlevreturn u
In my local Walmaet and was able to speak to 11 people that were getting more water and not a single realized they couldn't get their money back uf they wanted to return the empties. So, i am not the only one that thinks this is a *** way of doing business.
After thoroughly looking over the sign at the dispensing station i did finally see a note that states that they won't refund your money. It was in a font so small i almost had to use a magnifying glass to read it.
Terrible underhanded company!

I "bought" 3 bottles, and simply cycle through them by going to the primo water dispenser in back of the wal-mart store. Before refilling, I put the little round blue plastic cap that fits into green cap to seal it...
At $1.35 per 5 gal. bottle, I think this a way to get purified water very economical.
I'm guessing that the word "Exchange" in the title was not enough. Even your second sentence mentions "exchange".
Guess what, it is still "exchange". You bring back the empty and "exchange" it for one that has been refilled. Even if you bring them one that is not theirs they will "exchange" it.
What part of this do you really not get? Where have you ever seen anyplace do this differently?
How hard is it to mention, empty bottles will not be credited. Its a purchase and sales are final.
