Primo Water - Un Happy customer
I called the customer care number 1-86*-429-**** asking for help with my situation with my bottles. I turned in my bottles to the Harris teeter store as you can see on my receipt almost a year ago. They were out of water that day. I then became sick and could not get out of my home. Since then I have not been able to drive and need someone to take me to pick up my groceries. By the next time I was able to go back to Harris Teeter they told me they no longer carried Premo water and they no longer carried 3 gallon bottles. I am not able to pick up the 5 gallon any longer. I wanted my bottles back. They have given me the run around now for almost a year. the right person to talk with is never there.
No other store that sells your water will take their rain checks. I just want my bottles or to be able to buy the water in the 3.5 bottle for three bottles.
When I called your customer care number I was told a check would be issued to me right away it has now been months and no CHECK! YOU HAVE MY BOTTLES AND I HAVE NOTHING! please make this right! I drink only your water at the refill stations. By the way the local refill stations have put a long staff on the down spout so you cannot refill the 5 gallon bottles any longer! So If I turn them in I do not revive my full refund for a 5 gallon only a 3.5, no matter what I have tried I am ripped off. UN happy customer!
The Walmart on 1521 Sam's Cir in Chesapeake VA, the refill machine has been broken since Jan of this year .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Primo Water Pros: Great water.
Primo Water Cons: No service.
