I don’t have a review because I can’t get a hold of anybody there. If somebody don’t answer me I’m gonna cancel my order with you all
I need to talk to someone about my bill. They were supposed to call me back, but they never did, so I don't know how much money I need to put in the bank until I talk to somebody.
Would you have them call me? My number is 505-522-****, and I can't talk to you because you're not answering me for my question.

Cooler not hooked up yet
very relieved to finally get help after many attempts over the past 6-8 weeks of being ignored by leaving phone messages and not getting through your internet system using my birthday.

- - Promo Water should shut down and scrub the websites.
- - What should be a 30-60 second task to reorder or upgrade items becomes 15-20 minutes.
Promo Water needs to completely shut down and scrub the websites. They are not user friendly, difficult to navigate, and a waste of time..what should be a simple 30-60 second exercise to reorder or upgrade delivery items or service changes turns into a 15-20 minute workout with no end in site.
Customer Service is Awful
- - An unordered water delivery arrived.
- - No notification was provided.
- - Driver claimed Primo emailed Bishops Water.
- - Delivery is scheduled, not on demand.
Driver showed up one day with a water delivery. We did not order water nor were we notified of a water delivery.
The driver told us we should have received an e-mail telling us Primo had purchased Bishops Water. So we are now scheduled to receive orders on a schedule instead of calling and ordering. I called customer service. CS is located in the Philippines.
Now I know CS will be useless and they were. We are now looking for someone more local for water delivery.

Water machine at MOUNTAIN GROVE, MISSOURI in the Walmart store was either broken or out of water.
Walmart Primo water machine doesnt expel water. In the last year it is more & more inoperable when I drive 10 miles to fill my 3 gallon jug.
I would like it to be reliable. Thank you.

- - Ordered home delivery; delayed daily for 2 weeks and then stopped.
- - No water; local machines empty after 1 day; corporate offered no solutions.
Ordered home delivery, delayed every day for 2 weeks, then stopped responding. Still no water.
Called corporate; they did not care and offered zero solutions. Machines in the local area are empty after 1 day, and I work, so I do not get a chance to get any.
If I ran a business this poorly, I would be bankrupt. Considering starting a local delivery to fix the problem!

Poor Customer Service
- - An appointment was set to sanitize two dispensers.
- - Service never showed up.
- - I will cancel Crystal Rock/Primo accounts.
Set up appointment for 2 dispensers to be sanitized. Service never showed up.
Called customer service , the rep could barely speak English.
These companies who outsource customer service to non-English speaking call centers should be boycotted.
In addition the AI information at the beginning of a call is horrible. I gave up.
I called headquarters and was on hold, never got to speak to anyone, I hung up.
I will be cancelling all accounts with Crystal Rock/Primo.

- - Service moved or not shown for months.
- - No urgency to fix issues promptly.
- - Since Primo, service is more expensive; drivers remain polite.
Many months in a row the service has been moved without informing or just not shown without informing until i call and no severity was shown on getting to us asap to make it right. Today was the final straw it didn't show again even after receiving an email saying it was and no one informed me.
Upon canceling via phone call everything under the sun is offered to keep a customer that has been faithful since 2016 but that won't stop the issues in the future. Since becoming Primo the service has gotten expensive and gone right down the drain.
I hope corporate reads these and addresses these issues but upon reading other reviews that does.t seem to happen. Only reason for 2 stars is the drivers were always polite and respectful.

More than the water. I just got a final bill for 61.00. Recondition fee 50.00!
Just gouging customers is sad and bad business! Reconditioning needed for only one month!

- - Six frozen bottles arrived bowed and won’t fit a bottom-load unit; all are ruined, and replacing the broken one would cost for the unusable bottles.
I called to get frozen bottles that had the bottom bowed out, and now it won't fit in the unit (it's a bottom load). All six of the bottles were ruined. I was told on the phone that I could get the broken one replaced, but I would have to pay for the unusable bottles.
- There are no pros to using this service
- Hunt you down at costco and spew lies

- These are just sales people

Charges

I been getting charged double in a month, I ask for a pick up of water dispenser and no one came, I been charged late fees and double charged in a months and the representative doesnt see it on his end. They put me on hold many times to then hang up and send me to survey. Im reporting this company to consumers affairs
