Primo informed me I own the bottles, and they will gladly give me a dollar each, up to ten, tickets. I paid $7 each time I got a new bottle, FOR THE BOTTLE, plus the cost of the water and I have 11 tickets, or $77 dollars in deposits.

K-Mart has closed all the stores around me, so I guess I'm screwed? This system is fine, buy a bottle, us it, return it, get a ticket, get more water without a deposit for the bottle you returned, UNTIL you try to get your money back for the deposits, or the store you use closed.
